Now that I've lived to see this day,
These are the things I must but say.
Die a bachelor, if your options are few,
Never ever love a female programmer,
they'll make a program out of you.
Don't laugh it away, mine has been an object lesson,
They find syntax errors, even in a romantic expression.
Alas! They search logic in love, where there is none,
Your heart may skip a beat and they just hit return.
You are in for trouble if you persist,
You'll just be a pointer in her long linked list.
They would never oblige you even with a smile,
And if a smile comes to their lips, they consign it to a file.
They have little regard for your amorous approaches,
Plight will be yours, infinite loops and blunderous gouaches.
You are bitten by different bugs, though love it may appear,
Just when you think you're going steady, you'll get a run-time
error.
And if your beloved is a programmer in COBOL,
May God be with you for they are the worst of them all.
Sticklers for standards, you'll have a rough time,
You'll die of keeping tabs, in your youth prime.
Beauty and brain together, which was never meant to be,
They have them both and are for sure deadly.
And yet there are Heroes who's love has made history,
But why their fates didn't hang is still a mystery.
So follow my advice if in me you have any trust,
Wait for the day when the beauty becomes an Analyst.

16 Ways to Recognize a Company Car!
1. They travel faster in all gears, especially reverse.
2. They accelerate at a phenomenal rate.
3. They enjoy a much shorter braking distance.
4. They can take bumps at twice the speed of private cars.
5. Oil, battery, tire pressures and fluid levels do not need to be checked nearly so often.
6. They have a much tighter turning radius.
7. The floor is shaped like an ashtray.
8. They only burn the cheapest gas available.
9. They do not have to be garaged at night.
10. They can be driven up to 100 miles with the oil warning light on.
11. They need cleaning less often, especially inside.
12. The suspension and trunk floor are reinforced to allow concrete slabs and other heavy building materials to be carried.
13. They are adapted to allow reverse to be engaged while the car is still in forward motion.
14. The tire side walls are designed for bumping into and over curbs.
15. Unusual and alarming engine noises are easily eliminated by the adjustment of the radio volume control.
16. No security is need. They may be left anywhere, unlocked, with the keys in the ignition.

A LARGE UNIVERSITY CLASS
It was the final examination for an introductory English course at the UW. Like many such freshman courses, it was designed to weed out new students, having over 800 students in the class! The examination was two-hours long, and exam booklets were provided. The professor was very strict and told the class that any exam that was not on his desk in exactly two hours would not be accepted and the student would fail.
1/2 hour into the exam, a student came rushing in and asked the professor for an exam booklet. "You're not going to have time to finish this," the professor said, as he handed the student a booklet.
"Yes I will," replied the student. He then took a seat and began writing.
After two hours, the professor called for the exams, and the students filed up and handed them in. All except for the late student, who continued writing.
1/2 an hour later, the last student came up to the professor who was sitting at his desk preparing for his next class. He attempted to put his exam on the stack of exam booklets already there.
"No you don't, I'm not going to accept that. It's late."
The student looked incredulous and angry. "Do you know who I am?"
"No, as a matter of fact I don't," replied the professor with an air of sarcasm in his voice.
"DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM?" the student asked again.
"No, and I don't care." replied the professor with an air of superiority.
"GOOD!" replied the student, who quickly lifted the stack of completed exams, stuffed his in the middle, and walked out of the room.
It worked. The professor really didn't know who he was!

A Visit to the Doctor
A woman accompanied her husband to the doctor's office. After his checkup, the doctor called the wife into his office alone. He said, "Your husband is suffering from a very severe disease, combined with horrible stress. If you don't do the following, your husband will surely die."
"Each morning, fix him a healthy breakfast. Be pleasant, and make sure he is in a good mood. For lunch make him a nutritious meal he can take to work. And for dinner, prepare an especially nice meal for him. Don't burden him with chores, as this could further his stress."
"Don't discuss your problems with him; it will only make his stress worse. Try to relax your husband in the evening by being pleasant and giving him plenty of back rubs. Encourage him to watch some type of team sporting event on television."
"And, most importantly satisfy his sexual desires. If you can do this for the next 10 months to a year, I think your husband will regain his health completely."
On the way home, the husband asked his wife, "What did the doctor say?"
"You're going to die," she replied.

Best of luck 4 the future... guys !!!
I still in my memories HAVE THE FIRST pictures of the first day we all 60 students walked into the lachoo premises as complete strangers ..and looked at each other for first time in class thinking which of these ppl can be a gud friend of me. with time.., can we guys get well as a unit as single class.Time went thru…things kept changing ane , with it kept changing the climate around us..some of u initiated the start and tried to be friendly with me..i looked into there eyes and it almost seemed like , I m someone special..with time, we guys get to know each other…we made friends..and some very gud friends., .u all made me felt like at home all the time..i always shared a gud comfort zone with all of you…I still remember the times of tension and confusions we use to have at BCA exams times and dat fear won't still get over after exams..thinking abt the unpredictable results…when we think of 3 yrs it really looked like a a long time but the shortness of this span can be only realized when this got passed by as , if a chunk of sand from a tight fist..how much we think we can hold on ..the mud keeps slipping from ur hands....same is this time which went off so fast…sometimes we also must have felt dat my gosh will get bored of each other in 3yrs..how long is this time..and now when we see that the time to say bye bye has arrived I almost get emotional when I think I will miss u all my lovely friends…
With a heavy heart I feel sad but at the same time I feel honoured and proud to happen to get to meet so many gud friends like u all..will miss u all for sure a lot..but I guess the time has come when we all hav to look , search and try to make a name for ourselves by grooming our careers by takin education to next level..(well,my next level hasn't arrived yet..)i hope all my gud friends ..with time u will grow more graceful.. and humble and I pray to that almighty god to bless u all to the fullest and help u all in getting all ur dreams come true .I will always there for you all to help if ever at some turn of life u guys need me..just wanna say to u all "LIVE A GREAT LIFE…MAKE FULL USE OF THIS LIFE AND MAKE URSELF AND PARENTS AND PPL DAT MATTER TO YOU PROUD OF URSELF".…....LOVE U ALLL

Opportunity With Quality
EVER since the news about taking reservation in universities and institutes to 50% came out, there has been a lot of debate on the issue. In a country with huge scarcity in higher education opportunities and jobs, it is understandable why this issue is highly emotive for the youth and middle-class.
Without going into the debate about whether reservations are good or not or whether they should be implemented or not – issues that are likely to be decided largely on political calculations – this note discusses how reservations should be implemented, if they must be implemented.
Reservations for a community are supposed to help the community and not just those few individuals who get a reserved seat. How does admitting a few students through reservation in institutes help the community? Most likely, this happens because individuals who graduate and do well in life create role models for the community, thereby raising overall aspiration levels. Higher aspirations and desires — fueled by these role models — are expected to encourage other youngsters to work harder. The creation of role models should then be a fundamental objective of reservations. (If role models do not help pull the community up, then it isn’t clear that reservations can help a community at all. They will only help those who get in, but have minimal impact on the community.)
If these role models are to be created, it is important not only to get them admitted to
institutes, but equally for them to graduate successfully with good grades. Only if this happens will they be able to secure good jobs and do well in them and actually become role models. This means that any reservation must admit only those who can successfully complete the programme. In an institute of higher education, the course is designed keeping in mind the global syllabus and approaches, and its level is not changed for weaker students. So, if an academically-weak student gets admitted, s/he is not likely to successfully complete the programme: the candidate will either drop out, or finally graduate with poor grades in a longer period of time and towards the bottom of the class. All this will make doing well in life much harder, if not impossible.
So, a necessary criterion for admitting candidates is their capability to successfully complete the programme. This criterion cannot and should not be violated if the quality of education has to be preserved.
In good institutes and universities, there is tough competition to get in, with only very bright students making the final cut. Here, it is possible to make allowances of a few percentage points below the general cut-off for certain categories of students. Such students can work hard and successfully complete the course of study. However, it is not possible for a candidate whose performance in the entrance criteria is substantially less than the general cut-off, to successfully complete the programme.
So, to implement any reservation, each institute should decide the handicap or advantage percentage (or equivalent) gap that can be given. This is the percentage by which the entrance criterion can be lowered without lowering the level of education. At the same time the institute can be reasonably certain that admitted students will be able to cope.
At most good institutes, admitted candidates are all within a few percentage of each other. Therefore, any advantage to candidates in a reserved category cannot be more than a few percentage points.
If this approach is used, reserved category students when they graduate are likely to be in a better position to compete with other candidates, get good jobs and become role models. At the same time educational standards are not compromised.This approach also allows for different levels of advantage for different groups (eg, the physically handicapped can be given a different advantage than the SC/ST category). In addition, the argument that ‘merit is being sacrificed’ due to reservations looses its pungency, as all candidates have the minimum merit to enter and complete an undiluted academic programme.
With the creation of role models we would expect an upward movement in the community, and eventually when the aspiration level of the reserved community is the same as the rest, there will be no need for reservation. This movement will happen slowly: for each generation of graduating students, the next generation will be closer to the rest of the country’s youth. To reflect this situation and create pressure on the community to move closer to the rest, the advantage given for reservations should be reduced with time. Without reducing this advantage, we are effectively saying that reservations do not help the community and they remain at the same level of disadvantage even after many years. If that is the case, then the very foundation of reservations ceases to exist. One easy way to progressively reduce this advantage is to lower it by some fraction (say 0.75) every few years.
Hence, a proper approach to implementing reservations is giving a fixed maximum advantage in the admission criterion, which is at a level that does not hurt the quality of education and allows the candidate to successfully complete the programme. The advantage can then be reduced as each generation of role models comes out.
Given that reservations is a political issue and that no government will ever have the guts to remove it, this type of model, if agreed on, will free political parties from taking
hard decisions. The reservation percentages can remain whatever is decided, but the advantage provided to the reserved categories gradually reduces.
This is not only a reasonable way to implement reservations; it is almost fundamental to the concept of uplifting communities through reservations in education. Without limiting the advantage given to reserved groups, reservations will have an adverse impact on the quality of higher education, which will violate the rights of these institutions of higher learning. Without progressively reducing the advantage with time, we are accepting that reservations are not having any effect.

About Me....
About me..huh...there are many good things ...
"I'm a Materialistic,Selfish,Arrogant,Diplomatic,Intellectual,Unpredictable..etc..etc."That's what my freinds and relatives will claim abt me...When u ask them in Personal..
But there are some Positive aspects too..in my life ..here are they
I dont waste time ,just spend it on unneccessary things;
I always worry,
just having nothing to worry about;
I miss my breakfast, just willing no interruption in my dreams;
I am not able to listen to my lectures carefully,
just memorizing my previous days lectures;
I dont want distinction in my university exams,
just trying to see my friends happy;
People say the best way to make dreams come true, is to wake up;
I just say,why to go through too much trouble;
I never visit library,just finding nothing to play with;
I study till midnight,
just to reply I DONT KNOW to all the questions;
I always make efforts to make mistakes,
I just follow ~~ MISTAKES ARE THE BEST TEACHERS
People Say a lot of things...I say don't listen to them....build your own stereotype about me.
